Our factory is located in Yerevan, Armenia and operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure that all of our client’s needs are met as quickly and efficiently as possible.
At Movsisyan Ltd. we combine the newest technologies and craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality and shortest order execution time. The equipment used at the factory and quarries was obtained between 1997 and 2004 and comes from leading companies in the stone production and quarrying industry such as: Candiani Attilio, Benettimacchine, Te-Ma Longinotti, Tesmec, Te-Ma Frugoli, Parma Macchine, Bombieri & Venturi, Fantini, and Pellegrini.
All the machines used at our factory are equipped with a programmable control unit, which allows us to achieve the ideal precision and highest quality of processed stone in the shortest possible time. We have polishing-grinding and calibrating machines that permit us to cut slabs at a 90° angle and to hew profiled edges.
Why are these machines so important? Without them all of the fabrication would be done by hand which is a slower, more costly and labor intensive process. Our computer-controlled machinery perfectly follow the edge of the line while keeping constant pressure on the stone. Water is used throughout the process in order to guarantee smooth, shiny edges while avoiding the bumps that occur from “dry-cutting”.
